Wine tasting
- Tasting NoteWith a brilliant and pale yellow colour, our Saint-Aubin 1er Cru offers a delicate and aromatic nose of yellow fruits and brioche. On the palate, it is ample with flavours of fresh apricot and almond. A very pleasant finish with a nice tension.

An excellent introduction to this literally and metaphorically cool wine that has a wonderful balance of ripe-mirabelle fruit, mid-palate creaminess and lively acidity. So charming right now. Very clean finish. Drink or hold.

A discreet but agreeably fresh and cool nose features notes of citrus, pear and white flowers. There is excellent concentration to the vibrant and attractively stony flavors that possess unusually good power in the context of what is typical for St. Aubin, all wrapped in a clean if somewhat simple finish. More depth will of course develop with age but I doubt that this will rise to the next level given where it is today.
